TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Measurements: Any and all measurements are written width first and length second.
Colors: All colors chosen are subject to dye lot variation.
Cancellations: Merchandise ordered cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Suitability: Buyer has made all decisions concerning the selection, color and style of merchandise purchased.
Delivery: Seller has given Buyer Seller’s best estimate of the delivery time for this order. Factory production
schedule may change without notice. Installation is estimated, depending on the schedule of the installer and unforeseen conditions. Therefore, delivery time is an estimate and the merchandise may not be available on the
date estimated.
Price: The price includes delivery and installation unless otherwise stated.
Delivery and payment: Buyer will make final payment (if any) upon receipt and or installation. Failure to do so
will result in storage charges of $1 per day per item and a late charge of 1.5% per month on the past due amount.
Acceptance: The order is taken by a salesperson and is subject to acceptance by the Seller.
Security interest: Buyer grants Seller a security interest in the merchandise to secure Buyer’s obligation to pay
agreed purchase price. Seller will have all of the rights of a secured party under the Uniform Commercial Code.
Fees and Expenses: Buyer will pay all of Seller’s fees and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees that S
eller incurs in enforcing Seller’s rights.
Other Expenses: Buyer will pay to Seller $100 to compensate Seller for time and travel involved in the event
Seller has to go to Small Claims court to enforce Seller’s rights under this contract and Seller prevails in court.
Return Charge: If a check or credit card charge is returned, Buyer will pay Seller the amount charged to Seller
by its bank or credit card company, but not less than $10.
Limited Warranty: Each manufacturer issues its own warranty per product. Metro Shutters and Shades offers
a warranty on installation but no additional warranty on the product beyond the manufacturer’s warranties.
At Metro Shutters and Shades every blind is custom made for You, the Purchaser. You confirm by telephone,
text message, verbally, fax, email or signature, that the information is correct. Once the order placed, the merchandise is yours and no returns or exchanges will be allowed outside the parameters set forth in the manufacturer’s warranty.
